Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

Eligible for defective, damaged, or wrong items and incorrect size/fit.

Returns are not instant exchanges — we issue store credit, which you can use to place a new order.

Reverse Pickup / Handling Fee: ₹200 per return (may vary by weight/quantity). If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover the cost.

Unboxing Tip: Record a quick unboxing video for wrong or damaged items. If the package is already opened, damaged, or looks tampered with, do not accept it and send us clear photos of the shipment immediately.

 

Not Eligible:

Changed your mind / didn’t like it / didn’t suit you

Minor color or print variations

Sale/discounted items

Custom-made, hygiene-related, or personal care items


Cancellation Policy:

Free if requested within a few hours before production starts.

20% charge applies after production starts to cover packing & manufacturing.

50% deduction if delivery is refused after shipping (covers production + shipping).


How to Initiate a Return:

Email teamksama@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Share clear photos of product + order ID.

We’ll arrange pickup if your pincode is serviceable, or provide the courier address if not.

Once received & inspected, store credit will be issued (no expiry) to place a new order.


Important Notes:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging.

Keep photos or videos to avoid disputes if damage occurs during transit.
